    i'm a certified health and wellness coach and will be using oracle cards to help deepen your connection with the holy spirit, while helping you find your ideal frequency of wellness.

    1 hour sessions: $115

  • sound healing sessions

    I am a sound healer and lead meditiations with my sound bowls. The intention with these meditations are to help you deepen your connecton with yourself. the holy spirit, and your healing process.

    30 minute virtual sessions: $40

Meet the Founder and CEO!

$trawberry $hawty is an online content creator that has had a passion for mental health healing and wellness advocacy for almost 10 years. She is a certified health & wellness coach, psychic, sound healer, comedian, and music producer.

In 2020, $trawberry had her spiritual awakening after being on her mental health journey for years, as she was diagnosed with depression at 12 years old. Bridging the gap between the spiritual realm and going down a path of natural healing made her realize that lifestyle choices and spirituality were most beneficial after doing everything else to "fix" her mental health.

She's been doing psychic readings and researching mind reprogramming, quantum physics, and spirituality for 4 years, and picked up sound healing in 2022. She finished up her health & wellness coach certification in October 2024 and is currently working on her holistic nutritionist certification, while also looking into naturopath programs.

Bringing a space for all aspects of holistic healing to life has been her dream, and we are so excited for MFL to continue to come to life!
